Hunter Engineering is one of America’s leading manufacturers of automotive service equipments. They are known for their innovation and visionary leadership. Their products include wheel balancer, break lathes, alignment system, break testers and tire changers. However their most popular product is the tire changing machines.
The Hunter tire changers are made of quality materials and have exclusive and patented features. Hunter Engineering has 9 different models of tire changing machines and tire changing accessories.

Their newest tire changer is the Auto34; this is a leverless tire changing machine and is considered the most advance in the whole world. It has exceptional, automated and dominant features that can handle every wheel size as big as 34” wheel diameter. It has a patented slim L-shaped design. It has center-control clamping, powerful torque, variable speed pedal controller, oscillating turn table with cam plate, pneumatic wheel lift and sensor control.

Other Hunter Tire Changer models are TCX575, TCX535, TCX515, TCX505, TCX620HD, TCX640HD, TC3700 and the TC3500.

The Hunter TCX575 is another leverless tire changer from Hunter. The TCX575 leverless tire changing machine combines traditional design and modernized elements so that it can handle every tire changing steps easier and simpler. It has a unique 2-speed drive, automatic swing arm and a tabletop clamping system with two cylinders.

Hunter TCX535 has a conventional design with enhance clamping range of 6 to 26 inches wheel diameter. Its bead press system can mount, demount, clamp and lubricated harsh wheel easier and faster. Plus it produces 20-26% higher torque than other electric tire changer models. The TCX515 features are almost like the TCX535; the unit is only smaller. It also has a faster bead arm press for easier and faster tire changing processes. The TCX505 on the other hand, has a clamping range of 11 to 22-inch wheel diameter. It has a motor that runs on either 110v or 220v.

The TCX620HD is used for heavy duty and over-the-road truck wheels. It uses electro-hydraulic power system and unique roller mechanism for mounting and demounting. The TCX640HD on the other hand, is used for buses, service trucks and tractors wheels.

The Hunter TC3700 has a flexible clamping range; it can handle up to 50’ wheel diameter. It can mount large wheels; its tabletop height can be adjusted to three different settings and its column can be move 10 to 28 inches from rim diameter. Both TC3700 and TC3500 have tilted design, side shovel bead loosening and two-finger controller and three-point mounting arm. However TC3500 has bead roller and tulip clamp design and spring loaded wheel centering.
